Refund policy
We keep it simple. If something’s wrong, we fix it. If not, we keep things tight.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.
Items requested after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Product should not have any stains, odour, damage, or signs of wear
Any item failing quality check will be rejected and sent back.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping is provided for valid returns
- Reverse pickup will be arranged from your address
If pickup fails multiple times due to customer unavailability, return request will be cancelled
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after quality check approval
- Amount will be refunded to original payment method or store credit
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used, washed, or damaged
- Size issue after wearing
- Minor colour variations due to lighting/photography
- Request raised after 4 days
- Products purchased during sales, promotional events, clearance offers, or limited-time campaigns are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Orders placed using coupon codes, discount codes, gift offers, free shipping promotions, bundle discounts, or any other promotional pricing are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- All discounted purchases are considered final sale unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues
- Subject to stock availability
- Only one exchange per order allowed
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Damaged item
- Wrong product
You must report within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear unboxing video
- Product images
Without proof, claims will not be accepted.
Final Notes
Desi Syndicate operates with limited drops and controlled inventory.
We do not encourage misuse of return policies.
