Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
  • During high-demand drops, processing may take longer

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to stock issues or verification requirements.

Shipping Time

  • Metro cities: 4–6 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 7–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected pin codes
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain users, locations, or orders

Important:

  • Orders placed via COD must be accepted at delivery
  • Refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future orders

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect

Delivery Issues

Desi Syndicate is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
  • Delays caused by courier partners

If an order is returned due to the above reasons:

  • Reshipping charges will be applicable
  • No refund will be processed for shipping fees

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or lost:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner
  • Resolution will be provided based on courier confirmation

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Partial Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if required
  • No extra shipping cost will be charged in such cases

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
  • Repeated delivery failures may lead to account restrictions
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion
